I specialise in international intellectual property policy and cross-cutting issues involving investment law and the protection of IP rights. Consultant with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). My expertise also encompasses international copyright law and collective management of copyright. I am also an experienced intellectual property policy advisor, having worked with the World Intellectual Property Organization and the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers, in this capacity. One of my key policy projects is the WIPO Draft Guidelines on Assessing the Economic, Social and Cultural Impact of Copyright Law in the Creative Industries (Economy).

I am also a Researcher at the Maastricht University Faculty of Law specialising in cross-cutting issue in international investment regulation and international intellectual property protection.
